Dear Madam, Sir,

Eric Oving has taken over the duties of Herbert Sonder as CEO of HYTT Hygienic Transport systems & Technologies as of April 1, 2020.

HERBERT
Herbert Sonder is fully focused on the successful marketing of Radio Frequency (RF) technology in the food sector. He has been working on this since 2005 and has recently taken the opportunity to fully resume this activity as his own company. We would like to thank Herbert very much for his contribution to HYTT and we wish him every success in realizing his dream and ambition to make the application of RF great in the food industry.

ERIC
Eric has a background in business economics and has experience in the business segment of the banking sector, in supporting Dutch companies in doing business in emerging markets, as interim director at an engineering and software company with a focus on the food industry. Eric co-founded a company that has supported more than 500 companies in a practical way in export growth. After selling it, he and Alfred Klunder and Joost Hakvoort founded GrowProud to help the Dutch manufacturing industry grow and to make sure that the people who work there enjoy it.

HYTT AND THE FUTURE
In close cooperation with the shareholders, employees, agents, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders of HYTT, I would like to make an effort to realize the outlined growth path for HYTT together. We want to jointly expand and capitalize on the available potential and contribute to safer, more hygienic, more beautiful and more efficient food companies. We do this by focusing on high-quality vacuum systems for internal transport of waste and by-products for the food industry. We do this with great pleasure and pride. Together with you.
